The alert feature built into
Cygnus is a powerful notification engine. This
feature allows you to send email when certain
events on a loan are triggered. You define
when notifications occur and where emails are
sent.

Select the loan events of
interest (i.e. application submitted,
closing scheduled, etc.)

Enable alerts for that event

Define the recipients of the
alert email
These settings are extremely
flexible and can be configured one time
(globally), for each employee, or for each
loan in the system.
