Employee Management
Employee management features in Cygnus are only available with
the office subscription. These features allow a manager to define what roles
an employee has in the company and to report on data about an employee. The
following list shows a few examples of these critical workflow management
features:

Add/edit user profiles (set user preferences, etc.)

Define user security (access to branches, departments,
view, forms, and/or menu options)

Commission management (define commission plans, reconcile
loans, pay, report)

Employee productivity reports (pipeline activity, revenue
generation, etc.)

BigBrother allows monitoring of employee activities (email
to manager if an event occurs)
